Now get all three stories in the Paris Secrets trilogy in one volume! Included are WINDOW, SCREEN, and the exciting conclusion SKIN.
WINDOW: The first time she sees her new neighbor, his sexy smile arouses her curiosity—and her desires. His hard, chiseled muscles and playful invitations are irresistible. Bared before their windows, framed and displayed above the streets of Paris, they embark upon a provocative affair.
Their daring game of exhibitionism lures her back for more and more, and she quickly realizes he is the man she has dreamed about.
Yet she's never heard his voice. Never felt his touch. Never thought she'd experience something this exquisite.
Or this bold...
SCREEN: She fell willingly, seduced by the erotic foreignness of all that he was. Words can be more powerful than touch. Stimulate and engage the senses, then watch what happens...
They began a daring affair a few weeks ago, baring skin, sensual secrets—their very souls—before their bedroom windows, situated across the street from one another. Now they've taken it to the next level. The laptop screen has added sound to their intimate liaisons, and his voice, that delicious French accent, is oh, so sexy. His laughter teases good shivers across her skin, and his sensual commands seduce her deeper into a world of erotic play. Fantasies lure them into a new intimacy and a surprising trust that the two strangers who have never touched welcome.
Yet frustrations grow as she pines for his touch. They must meet. Soon. But a secret is revealed that will challenge their desires and the trust both have earned.
SKIN: Are you ready for two bodies to collide in an irresistible crush of desire? They've experimented with sight, voice, and trust in their inventive sexual romps that began as a flirtatious affair before a window and advanced to provocative cyber sex. He fell in love with her. She is still waiting for his touch.
Exquisite. Bold. Gorgeous. Those are the words that lured her into the Frenchman's heart. She is the American woman who has learned to set her inner vixen free, and he is the handsome and light-hearted Monsieur Sexy.
Finally the lovers abandon their apprehensions and come together. All senses are engaged, including the delicious glide of his masterful hands over her skin. A dashing musketeer, black velvet Louboutins, and Da Vinci's mysterious Mona Lisa all become a part of their liaisons. It is easy to fall into a trusting relationship that feels as if it were meant to be.
But there are yet challenges that will try their connection and which will force them to decide, once and for all, if they were meant for one another...
...or if secrets will break them apart.
I pulled aside the sheer and attempted to engage x-ray vision to see through his curtains. The way the night muted the window I couldn't see well, though if the curtain were open his light would reveal the interior of his bedroom as if it were a diorama lit up at a museum.
When the curtains suddenly parted, I panicked and almost slammed the sheers shut, yet made the save by raising my glass in a silent toast.
"Just your friendly peeping Jane," I muttered. "Can't sleep?" I wondered.
The man held up a glass of milk and rubbed his eyes in the universal signal of sleeplessness.
I lifted my glass in another toast, and he matched it. We drank our respective libations. If a girl could get drunk off water, it was going to happen when the view was so tantalizing.
He leaned a shoulder against the window, brazenly unselfconscious of the fact that he stood in only his boxer briefs—that emphasized his package nicely. Or maybe he was aware and wanted me to take a good long look.
I did. And I wished it was my birthday. Or Christmas. This Catholic chick would even settle for Hanukah at this point. Right now any reason to open a package was good by me. As I assessed the abundant gift displayed behind glass and cotton, it hardened noticeably, forming a nice firm bulge that angled toward his hip. It must serve a good handful for him.
I sucked in my lower lip.
Call it lack of sleep. Call it needing to get laid more often than the once every month or so rotation I'd been on lately. Call it…fascinated by his soft, sexy smile that twinkled in his eyes, and that extremely enticing, hard, huge package.
He winked at me.
My heartbeats stopped for a full ten seconds. Count out ten seconds. That is one hell of a long time. His sexy wink stole away my breath and threatened to keep it from me. His regard glided over my heart, stunning it still with a powerful beguilement spell.
Smirking, I resumed breathing. Arousal tended to make me breathe faster. My heartbeats kicked back into gear, though a little faster and lighter now, like butterflies beating the airstream that encircled the universe.
Touching the empty water glass to my lips, I dipped a lash flutter at him. I wasn't an expert in flirtation, but I'd read books, and had actually researched different forms of kissing for a romance novelist. I pointed at him, and gave him the thumbs up sign.
He lowered his head in an embarrassed shrug. A few dark curls spilled over his ear, and he brushed them back. Could the man be any cuter?
Setting his glass of milk on a marble-topped dresser across from the end of his bed, he then put his forearm to the window and propped his palm against a temple. His gaze sought mine and I let him have the connection. Or was it my soul he'd connected to? Could souls flutter?
No, wait. I was getting ahead of myself. It was just a look shared between two people who stood, scantily clad, in their respective windows. No soul mating going on here, folks. Move along. No pictures allowed behind this line.
What he did next was to be my undoing. I just wouldn't know it for months to come. He pointed to me, holding the gesture for a few seconds…then, he made a motion of slipping the robe from my shoulder.
Eyebrow lifting, I defied him with a tilt of my head. My slightly-longer-than-shoulder-length hair spilled off one shoulder. Cheeky of him. Very forward. I wasn't that kind of girl.
But right now I needed to be that kind of girl more than I needed to breathe.
He shrugged and splayed his palms in a 'what can I say?' gesture.
And for some reason, maybe lack of sleep, or glue-induced insanity, I tapped into the vixen I knew existed somewhere inside me. That part of me who pranced before the mirror on tiptoes when I tried on a new dress or a sexy pair of panties. The seductress who pursed her lips at the reflection in the mirror, yet who shuddered at the idea of actually doing such a thing before a real, live, breathing male.
Oh, tiny vixen. It's your time to shine. Or at least turn up the dimmer switch to the next level of brightness.
I slipped the yellow silk robe from my shoulder. Taking particular notice of the slide of fabric over my skin, I focused on that instead of the man watching me. Swift, light, as if a brush of a lover's hand, it sent a shiver down my arm and perked the hairs over goose flesh. The silk draped above my breast, the little embroidered bee crushed within the folds.
As I shifted my shoulders back, allowing the other sleeve to drop down, the robe spilled even further, both sleeves landing at the crooks of my elbows. My nipples tightened, much less from the fabric, and more from anticipation. Or was it fear? The tremble in my chest gave me away. But I was determined, so I continued.
I didn't feel compelled to cup my hands before my breasts, so the lightweight fabric splayed open, shifting across my skin in delicious tingles, and inspiring a heavy inhale of courage on my part.
The man's smile deepened, and he nodded at the sight of my exposed breasts. His thumbs up sign didn't seem lecherous so much as a quiet thank you. Because there I stood, in the middle of the night, exposing myself to a complete stranger who I hardly knew. Hell, I didn't know him at all.
Wait. The other night's window wave and book sharing counted as a first meeting, right? Sure, we were old friends.
Struggling with the weirdness of my newly-emerged exhibitionism and the need to wrap the silk back across my breasts and flee for safety under the comforter, I exhaled slowly and breathed in through my nose. Aware that the action lifted my breasts, I noticed that he was even more acutely tuned in.
Too much. Too fast. What the hell are you doing?
Right. Enough with playing the wanton for the night. I pulled up the robe, kissed the palm of my hand and blew him a kiss. Then I shuffled into bed and switched off the lamp.
Snuggling into the sheets, my head crushing into the pillow, I closed my eyes. A smile curled my mouth. I'd never done anything so brazen before. Ever. It was completely out of character.
My introvert's crown had just tilted. And the vixen within giggled.
I wondered if he was still standing there, waiting for my return? Dare I look?
I pulled up the comforter to my nose.
"Tomorrow night," I whispered. "It’ll be his turn to reveal something to me."

I just loved this book and am so impressed how such a big story was told in so few pages without leaving me feeling like I needed more. I was also impressed with the fact that despite having two authors, I would be hard pressed to find any instances where they didn't speak with one voice. The plot flowed nicely, the characters were multi-dimensional, and there was real life edge to the book that I really liked.
Sam was such a wonderful character. She has suffered such loss in her life, but has become so strong in spite of it all. She is at odds with her younger brother, but finds strength in her neighbor – her best friend, and a man she now looks at as maybe being someone who could be more than a friend.
Jason is trying to find his way now that his professional football career has come to end. What he didn't expect was to find himself looking at his best friend as someone who could be so much more – and when he sets his mind on having Sam, he’ll go to any lengths to prove to her that he’s the man she needs…and deserves.
Sam and Jason together were just awesome – what started as a smoldering attraction quickly escalated into a full blown bonfire! And even though there were things that got in the way of their happy ever after, Jason couldn't have been any sweeter – standing up for Sam, being at her side through some rough times with her brother, and just being an all-around good guy. I loved the fact that Sam has come to terms with her past and is ready (and willing) to move forward with her relationship with Jason, which was refreshing and made me love Sam that much more – she really has been dealt so many tough blows that I was really routing for her to find her HEA!
This is a definite must read – and I hope there will be more stories like this from the writing team of Susan Scott Shelley & Veronica Forand!
I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
When a retired NFL player returns home to sort out his life, he finds his future in the girl next door.
Jason Black is a newly retired professional football player. Forced off the playing field due to an injury, he returns to his hometown to contemplate his future and finds solace in his relationship with his best friend, Samantha O’Brien.
Sam has spent the past five years caring for her younger brother. Home from college for Thanksgiving break, he parties hard and bullies his sister. When Jason comes to her defense, protecting her from a crowd of drunken college kids, Sam begins seeing him as more than a friend. Yet, she fears acting on their attraction could ruin the friendship she’s grown to depend upon.
Just one kiss changes everything for Jason. Sam is no longer the girl next door but the woman of his dreams. Now, he just has to convince her that his feelings are real. But when the football world comes calling again and career decisions are on the line, both sacrifice all to put the other’s needs first. They must decide whether to follow their hearts and make the catch of a lifetime.
Hazel eyes burned into hers. ”Sam.”
“What?”
“You've got chocolate on your lower lip.”
“Oh.” She reached for her napkin.
His hand stopped hers. “I’ll get it.”
Instead of his fingers, his lips descended. His gaze intense, his movements controlled, he leaned in. Slowly. Sam moistened her lips and inhaled. Dream or reality? Jason’s lips closed over hers, too warm, too firm to be a figment of her subconscious. Fireworks exploded behind her eyes. She tasted the heady combination of chocolate and wine and Jason. She fisted his sweater, holding him to her. Kissing Jason was better than she’d imagined.

In the world of pain and pleasure, Charles Damien Macavoy reigned. He was a man apart, one who require more than most. He was a Master of BDSM.
He’d been asked by another Dom and good friend to train the Dom’s current sub and love interest. Charles had trained many, but found himself attracted to his new trainee.
He was aware the fascination would wear off, it always did, and he’d returned the trainee to her Master willing and ready to submit.
Lurking in the shadows of a world few are accustomed to is evil. Sometimes a thing of beauty has hidden thorns. Sometimes the hunter becomes the hunted.
“Oh fuck,” she whispered. “Oh fuck,” she continued. She was on all fours, her head hung down just above the hot sensuous streams of water from the jets in the tub.
The sight before him, his cock sliding in and out of her, the cheeks of her perfect ass shook with each hard arousing thrust hardening his balls. His abdomen was so fucking tight he was unsure if he was going to be able to hold back much longer. Then she began to tremble.
“Charles, oh fuck!” she yelled at him. “I’m coming!”
I've been writing since I was a kid. I love creating and tried my hand at art, not bad but not good enough. A guy's gotta eat. Through high school I wrote erotic stories, kept them in a notebook, let a few of my girlfriends read them. Yeah, played football, baseball, but my brain never stopped thinking of sex. I guess we think about it all the time.
Been on face book for a while never did anything interesting when I was on until I started to see all the writers and then some poets posting their erotic prose. Men who were writing erotic romance and stories, I knew it was my time to get out the old note book and throw on some poems. Some are old and some are new, the ones about BDSM are newer. In high school or college I wasn't on that train of thought.
I see a picture it sets me off. A see an attractive women it sets me off. The jiggle of a full ass or heavy breasts, get me going. Yeah, my mind always is on a beautiful face or body.

It’s the layover she’ll never forget.
Stuck in an airport bar with a choice between three drunk roommates or one dark and delicious stranger, Zoe Chestain decides to live dangerously for once, and succumbs to a night of Shay Bommer’s dominant passion. But her cloud of sensual bliss is blown apart the next day, when the Vegas dancer and her friends are taken hostage by the hijackers of their flight home. Zoe’s horror deepens when her kidnapper reveals himself. Shay.
It’s the mission he’ll never give up.
Shay Bommer is one of the Army’s best, a Special Forces soldier who followed in the footsteps of his brother knowing infiltration with the enemy would sometimes be necessary. But this operation, deep under cover with one of the CIA’s most sought-after criminals, has cost him more than the trust of the most breathtaking submissive he’s ever had in his arms. He’s given up the camaraderie of his unit, the protection of his country, and even the esteem of his brother in the quest to rescue one priceless treasure. His mother.
Can they turn “never” into forever?
Zoe’s danced to some crazy songs in her time, but no wild choreography has prepared her for the adventure of life with Shay—or the return to his bed that means surrendering more than just her body. As they run from the bad guys, the good guys, and everyone in between, she learns about the man behind all his masks, and the Dominant for whom she’s always longed.
When Shay honors his word and unlocks her bonds for good, Zoe must face the truth—that her heart will always be Shay’s willing captive. But staying with him means dying with him. The heat is on. Can Shay and Zoe’s love survive the flames?
Damn.
Damn.
Damn.
How the hell had he ever thought this woman would be a fun and forgettable fling?
Stupid question. Nonexistent answer.
Zoe’s plea, with its finishing scream that seized him from the balls up, confirmed he didn't even care.
He simply wanted her. And accepted, with grim resignation, that this might be the only time he’d have her. Even if he wasn't eyeballs-deep in this dangerous ruse with Stock, what he’d ask of her was too much. He was already living on borrowed time, considering all the occasions he’d been dropped into parts of the Middle East that people didn't want to know about. On one of those trips, he wasn't going to make it to ex-fil. They’d be carrying his lifeless ass onto the helo, instead.
What key you want that ‘Taps’ played in, soldier?
His depression could wait. The moroseness didn't belong here, in the rare gift of this night and the tight heaven of this woman’s body. But his desire for her extended beyond that. Zoe was so unbridled in her passion, so eager with her kisses, so open about her insecurities and what she perceived as her “failures”…and then so willing to let him help set her straight about how wrong she was, if only a little…
It was official. She was his submissive dream come true. He had the hard-on, more raging than any he’d had in a while, to confirm it. God help the woman.
“Spread wider for me, baby.”
Her eyes reopened as he said it, likely drawn by the lusty tension in his voice. Sure enough, as their eyes met, he watched fear tighten her features. She attempted a ready smile, which only drove in another knife of compunction. She was being so brave, refusing to ring out no matter how much his cock strained her tender tissues. At the same time, she drove him insane in all the most awesome ways. Damn, she was tight…and despite her strain, getting wetter by the minute. Thank fuck for basic human physiology.
But all the lubricant in the world wasn’t going to make some aspects of this any easier. He was big. She was small. Period.
Shit.
As a precaution, he wound his hands tighter around her wrists. She noticed, of course. “Shane?” Her query was sweet and tentative and sexy as fuck. “Is everything okay?”
Guilt pushed the repeat key whether he welcomed the shit or not. Is everything okay? Yeah, just fine and dandy—except for the fact that our minds mesh but our bodies may not. Didn't mean his dancer wouldn't get satisfaction; he’d just pleasure her in different ways—right before his ice-cold shower.
“Listen to me.” He lined his stare up with hers again. The shadows of the room turned her eyes into gold-kissed midnight. “Red still means stop, Zoe. Got it?”
“I don’t want you to stop.”
“You may take that back in another minute.”
“I don’t. Want you. To stop.”
Well, hello there! My name is Angel, and I’m so happy to meet you.
Like many, I've had a journey to get here.
I've loved reading all my life, and have been writing nearly that long, too. I think it started when I penned an 80-page novel about a time-traveling family for a 5th-grade school project. You could say I was hooked. In middle school, I moved to the hardcore stuff: the paragraph-at-a-time “swap-stories” with all my besties. (C’mon…don’t lie…you remember those too!) Needless to say, the stories featured lots of French kissing, mindless groping and angsty drama – but I knew I’d found a niche when I was invited to participate in several more swap-stories on campus.
Some years, various entertainment writing gigs and a half-dozen historical romances later, I discovered the world of sexy romance – and home. (Not to mention a great place for all that angst I never gave up.) I love this genre – change that to love this genre – and hope my stories speak to your heart as well as your blood pressure, as well as your courage to explore new things and express your truth in beautiful new ways.
And where do I do all this? Well, if you ask my hubz, he’d likely say “on another planet,” especially if I’m in story-brewing mode! The rest of the time, I live in Southern California with him and our gorgeous child, where I’m abnormally interested in travel, coffee, wine, shoes, super heroes, ridiculous pop culture trends – but most of all, hearing from fellow readers and romance lovers like you!

“You're so cute how you thought that was a question.” I watched as he took his hand and put it around the front of her neck pushing her down on the ground where he had laid his coat in the sand. She smiled devilishly at him. I could almost feel the lust rolling off of her skin. I felt my breath catch in my chest as he spread her legs open and started kissing his way down her stomach. It was like a train wreck, I knew I shouldn't be watching but I couldn't take my eyes away. He took his large hand and cupped her right breast and pulled slightly. I watched as he squeezed hard and her face displayed a mixture of pain and pleasure. He drug both his hands down her body and spread her legs open.

“I-I can’t believe you just walked out here butt-ass naked.”
“Why?” His eyelids lift. “What do I have to be ashamed of?”
“Uh…” Does he really want me to answer that?
“Besides,” he says, the side of his mouth turning up, “it ain't like you haven’t been imaging what I look like butt-ass naked.”
“In your dreams,” I hiss. Powerless, I steal another glimpse of the muscles rippling down his arms, his flat stomach, and his strong legs. Hot damn, he’s perfect.
“Precisely where I've been, huh?”
“Yeah, right.” I stand up from the bed, my strength weakening.
“That’s not what you were mumbling in my ear last night,” he says, readjusting the towel around his sculptured waist.
“Hey, I was perfectly fine on the floor. You didn't have to pick me up and put me in bed with you.”
“Just as I thought.” He shakes his head and takes a few steps toward me.
“What’s that?” I turn a bit to the left to move away from the unsafe bed.
“You were awake when I did that, and you still had no fight in ya to stop me. Admit it. You wanted to sleep with me. Those sexy legs of yours wanted nothing more than to wrap themselves around my body, and as for your hands…” His eyebrow curves. “Are you gonna deny where they were wandering to—”
“Now I know you’re full of shit! My hands didn't wander anywhere.”
“No, but mine did, and there was no fight in ya to stop me then either.”
“Ew!” I don’t remember sleeping with him. But, hell, if I’d been awake, my frisky hands would've been all over him. “Fuck off,” I lurch, utterly frustrated.
“Now let’s not start throwing that word around, ‘cause standing here in nothing but a towel with you wanting what you want…” he says, shaking his head. “Well, I can’t promise that boyfriend of yours will be too happy to hear about you, me, and the eff word all summed up into one.”
“You’re an—”
“Yes, I know.” He waves me off. “I’m an arrogant ass, but hey, I get it. You want me, but you belong to someone else.” He shrugs and grins. “It happens.”
My hands ball into tight fists at my sides. “I belong to no one!”
“You do, Sloan, whether you want to admit it or not. You’re his.” He presses closer, and my back hits the wall. “And be thankful for it.” He lifts his hands and places them on the wall, trapping me. “See, the fact is…” His eyes roll down my body, then slowly saunter back up, “That’s the only thing stopping me from stripping your clothes off, slamming you against this wall, and fucking you hard.” He leans in, and my entire being shakes from the inside out. “It’s all that’s stopping me from making every bone in your body ache for me, and every muscle ache because of me. And let me tell ya, by the time I got through with you…” He pauses again, his lips slightly parted, his head tilting closer. “You’d certainly belong to someone, because I’d make you completely mine.”
